T-MAX Tempmax: optimised mold temperature controller to raise and stabilise mould temperature. 95 °C or 120 °C versions, microprocessor-based PID control with ±1 °C accuracy, touchscreen.

Tempmax Mold Temperature Controllers are used to raise the temperature of moulds and keep it constant. They can also be used for similar temperature-conditioning applications.

Hot water returning from the mould is first cooled, then sent by a high-pressure pump to the pipe heaters and brought to the required constant temperature. The optimised design enables heating up to 95 °C and 120 °C versions. Microprocessor-based PID temperature control operates at ±1 °C accuracy — accurate, reliable and cost-effective process-temperature management.
