Capturing ferromagnetic particles from raw materials or the external environment with up to 10,000 Gauss pull, T-MAX magnets prevent these particles from reaching your machine. Specifically designed for injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, film and similar machine applications using plastic raw materials.
Designed after extensive R&D, the magnet layout delivers high performance without restricting raw-material flow. Made of neodymium magnets, they retain their original pull force for many years. Iron-particle clogging in hot-runner moulds is prevented.
Round magnets with Italian design specifically engineered for the plastics sector (Ø150, Ø200), 7/9-bar models, 300×300 square magnet, manual self-cleaning options. Standard hexagonal or square models based on needs; easy cleaning. Up to 10,000 Gauss pull — prevents hot-runner clogging and production loss.
