Continuous PET Crystalliser — TCR Closed-Loop
T-MAX Petmax PET crystalliser: TCR closed-loop, constant agitator speed, return-air filter + cyclone dust collector, dual over-temperature protection.
TCR closed-loop crystallisers are used for the continuous crystallisation of non-crystallised PET virgin or regrind material. The processed material can then be directly dried and dehumidified. The system consists of heating elements, an insulated hopper and an agitator-screw mixing device.
PET fed into the feeding hopper begins to crystallise in the system; the agitator continues to mix to prevent the formation of lumps. The crystallised material can then be conveyed to a material storage box or a drying hopper.
PET Material & Applications: PET is used in textile fibres, food and chemical packaging, strapping bands, industrial yarns and heat-resistant materials. Due to its high moisture content, air bubbles and cracks can occur in parts — making safe, reliable PET drying/dehumidification systems critical. Typical uses include bottle making, thermoforming film and sheet, strapping and industrial yarn, pipe making and waste recovery.
A constant agitator speed prevents materials from sticking together during crystallisation — delivering high efficiency and homogeneous results. Maximises drying efficiency and operates with a standard hopper at high temperatures. The return-air filter combined with a cyclone dust collector extends filter-bag life.
Dual over-temperature protectors reduce the risk of mechanical or human-related issues. A rotary valve with good sealing performance ensures accurate discharge of crystallised material. A negative-pressure test device instantly checks filter ventilation and triggers an alarm if the setpoint is exceeded.
Can be combined with dehumidifiers for more efficient crystallisation. Optional automatic loader, hopper, magnet and suction box. Optional screw helix for direct conveying of non-crystallised material. Stainless-steel configuration with optional external piping. Optional pressurised feeding boosts production efficiency.
