Separate-hopper vacuum loaders are used to convey material over long distances. Because the loader hopper can be mounted away from the main unit, foreign material contamination is eliminated.
The device features a fully stainless-steel hopper. A high-efficiency blower unit delivers continuous, strong suction power; each model includes design solutions that extend the equipment's service life. The motor protection relay triggers an alarm in case of suction issues or material shortage.
Suitable for injection moulding, blow moulding, thermoforming and extrusion processes.
The main unit and hopper are designed separately, providing flexibility and great ease of use. Microprocessor control and a digital display ensure easy operation.
An overload protector extends motor life. An audible alarm warns of raw material shortage. The fully stainless-steel hopper enables long-lasting, hygienic use.
Filter system designed for easy cleaning, plus a sight window to check the air filter condition. The standard hopper (THM) can be mounted directly on the machine throat; the glass-tube hopper (TVH) can be mounted directly on the machine neck.
