Binmax Mobile Raw Material Hoppers streamline the transfer of raw material from storage to process machines in plastics plants, while at the same time recovering losses caused by spillage and dust. Suitable for plants of every size, the hoppers provide ease of use and flexibility at every point — beside the machine and across the facility.
Standard hoppers are made of chromed sheet metal; on request they can be supplied in aluminium or AISI 304 SST material.
2 free + 2 braked wheels — easy manoeuvring and safe stopping. Telescopic legs provide adjustable height — can be changed to suit the user's needs and the machine inlet point. Effective use beside the machine and at every point in the facility.
Sight glasses on the flat and conical sections allow fill-level monitoring. Lever-operated manual valve for bottom discharge. Chain-tied blind plugs for suction sockets. Hinged, safety-latched and lockable half-opening top lid; the top lid features a connection flange for the loader.
