T-MAX TCM Series: brushless DC volumetric doser for virgin material, masterbatch and additive dosing. ±1 % accuracy, microprocessor control, 0.1–32 kg/h across 6 models, dual-colour option.
The TCM Series raw-material doser is the right device for the automatic, proportional mixing of virgin materials, masterbatch and additives. This series uses a brushless DC motor. A microprocessor accurately controls the rotation of high-precision dosing screws to deliver materials to setpoint with ±1 % accuracy.
A gear motor with a reduction ratio of 30:1 or 100:1 is coupled to a dosing screw chosen from six models, with capacities from 0.1 to 32 kg/h. A dual-colour doser is available on customer request to match two-colour dosing requirements.
Brushless DC motor — maintenance-free, long life. The microprocessor controls dosing-screw rotation to setpoint with ±1 % accuracy. Smart and accurate calculation; repeatable recipes.
Gear motor with 30:1 or 100:1 reduction ratio coupled to six dosing-screw capacities ranging from 0.1 to 32 kg/h. From low-additive ratios to high-volume dosing.
Single-colour doser homogenises the blend with a basic blender. Dual-colour doser option — simultaneous dosing of two separate materials on request. Main material hopper is standard on the dual-colour doser; optional on the single-colour version.
The unit consists of standard modules for cleaning, disassembly and interchangeability. Dosing screws are chrome-plated — high durability, wear-resistance.
Unlimited data and recipe storage; recalled on demand. External signals can be interfaced directly with the control box — integration with the process control system.
