SRA Type Conveyors are a multi-function automatic filling conveyor system for the end of the plastic injection line. Designed to transfer produced parts to boxes, bins or the next station in a controlled and fast manner.
The system can be equipped with an optional weighing system, enabling measurement and tracking of fill weight at the end of line. It can be produced in different types as required. Box loading is automated via conveyor or robot — reducing operator requirements and increasing production speed.
Provides controlled, continuous and automatic filling at the end of line. Eliminates manual filling steps; lowers operator cost and improves line efficiency.
An optional weighing module can be added to the system. Per-box/per-pack weight control and logging; an integrated solution for end-of-line quality and traceability.
Automatic box loading is performed by conveyor or robot. Can be produced in different types as required; provides flexible integration into your existing line.
