SR-M Type Conveyors are a sprue separator system operating on the drum principle at the end of the plastic injection line. They offer multi-purpose operational flexibility and reduce operating costs by separating sprue from products.
The design is engineered to eliminate the factors that affect separation time. It has proven itself with accurate, reliable results even on the most challenging sprue/product combinations. The drum separator's separation distances are adjustable according to product and sprue dimensions — providing flexible use of a single machine across different moulds.
Sprue and product are separated by the rotating drum motion. Delivers accurate, repeatable results even on the most demanding sprue/product mixes; eliminates manual end-of-line sorting and reduces operating cost.
