The Bagomax Semi-Automatic Bag Opening and Discharge Machine is designed for handling 25 kg standard plastic granule bags. The operator feeds the bags onto the inclined conveyor; after the inclined conveyor the bags are cut by rotary blades on a flat conveyor. The raw materials are then poured into a specially designed cylindrical sieve and easily and fully discharged into the hopper.
Discharge capacity is set at 5-8 t/h (variable by raw material and packaging); discharge efficiency exceeds 99.98 %. A 12-inch colour touchscreen control, adjustable conveyor feed speed, an automation system that stops the conveyor when the hopper is full, and emergency-stop buttons around the machine deliver safe and efficient operation.
Discharge capacity 5-8 t/h (variable by raw material and packaging). Specially designed cylindrical sieve enables easy and full discharge to the hopper — discharge efficiency above 99.98 %.
25 kg standard plastic granule bags are fed by the operator onto the inclined conveyor. Rotary blades on the flat conveyor cut the bags; continuous flow with minimal manual intervention.

Surfaces in contact with raw material are made of AISI 304 stainless steel — suitable for food and technical applications. Fast/easy installation, compact design — simple field integration.
Cut bags are compacted by the screw inside the sieve. Powerful gear motor; compacts waste bags to roughly 8× smaller than original size into a PE sausage bag. PE, paper, PE-laminated paper and woven plastic bags supported; PE anti-friction tube, adjustable compaction ratio, epoxy-coated steel body.
