S Model Dischmax Big-Bag Stations

Big-Bag Discharge Station with Integrated Bag Compactor — Screw Compaction, Vibrating Hopper

T-MAX S Dischmax: bag discharge station. Material from the upper hopper is compacted by the integrated Bag Compactor screw and transferred to sacks. Telescopic legs, vibrating hopper, suction flange.

The big-bag station is used to empty bags. The raw-material bag is manually attached to the hanging mechanism and then emptied into the hopper. The material is conveyed to the machines via a suction box.

The distinctive feature of the S Model Dischmax is the integrated Bag Compactor: after the bags are emptied into the upper hopper, the screw inside the Bag Compactor compacts the material and conveys it to the discharge section; finally, Big-Bag bags are transferred to sacks.
