PV Series Proportional Valves prepare regrind and virgin raw material at the defined percentage proportions. The materials are then sent back to the injection or extruder machine to obtain a homogeneous blending and loading effect.
Mounted directly on loaders; a control box is provided to set the required percentages. Microprocessor-controlled solenoid valve delivers smart, precise and stable operation.
Automatically prepares regrind and virgin material at the set percentages; the blend is sent back to the injection or extruder machine. The material ratio can be changed according to user requirements.
