T-MAX NV: water-cooling-tank plastic part conveyor. Ideal for thick and medium-wall-thickness parts; prevents sudden shrinkage, reduces scrap.
NV Series Water-Cooling Tank Conveyors are designed for plastic parts produced in thick and medium wall thicknesses. The hot part receives controlled cooling.
By preventing sudden shrinkage in the product, the system helps reduce your scrap rate. On request, a floating or non-floating custom conveyor belt can be supplied.
Thanks to the water-cooling tank, the hot part cools in a controlled and uniform way. Lowers deformation risk for thick and medium-wall-thickness parts.
Prevents sudden shrinkage — with a controlled cooling profile, shrinkage/warpage stays minimal. Scrap rate falls, quality rises.
Floating or non-floating custom conveyor belt on request. Floating belt for small/light parts, non-floating for heavy parts or parts requiring submersion — a specialised solution.
