Mixmax Vertical Mixer is ideal for obtaining homogeneous blends of virgin, regrind, masterbatch and many other additives. It saves time, scrap, defects and raw material in production. The batch (lot) production method brings raw materials to a homogeneous structure before packaging — contributing to higher quality.

Helical blending via an internal mixing screw bearing-mounted in the body. Body and inner tube manufactured from chromed sheet. Robust and long-life bearings. Fast blending prepares raw materials in a short time; homogeneous-blend guarantee.
Wide window in the silo body for easy cleaning and intervention. Hinged door at the bottom discharge point — full cleaning and discharge. Manual leak-proof valve at the side discharge. Sample outlet with valve to check blend quality. Safety switches on all moving covers and windows.
Advanced control panel — manual or automatic operation; adjustable run and stop time. Ergonomic loading/unloading heights, wide grille loading hopper, CE compliant. Options: drying function, touchscreen PLC, BIG BAG side loading/unloading, magnet, load cell + control panel, Venturi loader.
