T-MAX Loadmax self-contained hopper loader: VAL and VAL-400 series — compact build, high-RPM suction, stainless-steel hopper, automatic filter cleaning.
The VAL Series uses a high-RPM suction motor in a lightweight, compact loading device. With superior suction power and easy installation, it is particularly suitable for conveying virgin material.
The VAL-400 Series features a low noise level and a three-phase suction motor. It also performs filter cleaning with an automatic reverse function.
Ideal for raw material conveying on injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion production lines.

Automatic filter cleaning and a cloth filter come as standard accessories. The VAL-300E model is equipped with a photoelectric sensor. The unit can be mounted directly on the raw material inlet throat of the process machine; a glass-tube hopper option is available.
