T-MAX Loadmax high-capacity separate-hopper vacuum loader: six models from 3HP to 20HP, cyclone dust separator, EPROM backup, suitable for 30% and 100% powder loading.
The Loadmax High-Capacity Plastic Raw Material Loader Series consists of separate-hopper vacuum loaders. Its integrated design delivers a more attractive look, better performance and enhanced ease of use. The full range comprises six models equipped with vacuum blowers from 3HP to 20HP; economy variants are available on request.
The 3HP series separate-hopper vacuum loaders include all the features of the THL-UG range. A two-stage blower is optionally available. Built to meet every output-capacity need, the series is particularly suitable for 30% and 100% powder loading. Different hopper models are also available.

A cyclone dust separator and dust-collector chamber effectively reduce filter load. Stainless-steel mesh filter as standard; optional filter-cleaning device with automatic cleaning and air accumulator for VAL-12U-C/CE and above. Cloth-bag or plate-type filter selection per customer request. Economy models come with a cloth filter as standard.
In the event of a power outage, data is backed up to EPROM. An air accumulator and self-cleaning device are standard equipment. On request, the VAL-UG main unit (5HP and above) can be fitted with a single- or two-stage blower. Production to worldwide electrical safety standards is available on request.
