The LGB Series Gravimetric Raw-Material Doser adopts the latest single-chip microprocessor for more powerful functions, higher speed and a more homogeneous blend. It has an automatic compensation feature and can be calibrated automatically.
It is mostly used in fully proportional material blending directly related to plastics, such as plastic injection or extrusion. All materials are first weighed, then mixed — resulting in a more precise application. Weight data and materials are re-checked; precision and accuracy are guaranteed.
Single-chip microprocessor design with more powerful functions, smaller size and good anti-interference. AD capture provides more stable, higher-speed performance.
EEPROM memory — no data loss on power cut, no battery required. Stores up to 500 recipe data sets; fast switching for product variety.
All materials are first weighed, then mixed — maximum precision. Weight data and materials are re-checked. Auto compensation/calibration for continuous accuracy.
System equipped with interface status and contact controller — easy operation. Recipes and setpoints managed from the screen; intuitive flow for operators.
Can be installed directly on the injection machine (mixing option must be purchased separately). When throat-mounted, a pneumatic material-stop valve, support stand and storage hopper are required — complete line solution.
