KWS Model Electrostatic Separation Machine

Fully Automatic Electrostatic Separation — Conductive / Non-Conductive Materials

T-MAX KWS: fully automatic electrostatic separation system for separating conductive (metal) and non-conductive (plastic, etc.) materials. High purity for mixed plastic and scrap lines.

The KWS Model Automatic Electrostatic Separation Machine is a fully automatic separation system designed to separate conductive and non-conductive materials (metal/plastic, etc.) from each other.

Particles charged by the high-voltage field collect on different trajectories depending on conductivity differences. It delivers high-purity separation on complex and mixed plastic streams, cable scrap and metal-plastic composites. It is part of T-MAX's electrostatic-separator portfolio within the recycling line.

KWS Model Electrostatic Separation Machine
Key Features
Conductive / Non-Conductive Separation

Using the electrostatic principle, accurately separates materials with different conductivity such as metal and plastic. Ideal for cable scrap, mixed plastic streams and metal-plastic composites.

Fully Automatic Operation

Continuous and fully automatic separation; minimal operator intervention. High-voltage field control, belt speed and electrode settings are optimised for continuous production.

Integrated with the Recycling Line

Part of T-MAX's electrostatic-separator portfolio in the recycling line — works integrated with grinding, classifying and other separation systems. High-purity output increases recycling efficiency.
