Free-Flow Electronic Metal Separator — 700 °C / optional 1,200 °C

T-MAX HS Series: free-flow electronic metal separator. Pneumatic discharge, fully automatic, standard 700 °C — optional stainless-steel build rated to 1,200 °C.

HS Series electronic metal separators operate on the free-flow principle. As material passes through the device under its own weight, if it contains metal the flow is briefly interrupted via a flap (slap) discharge method together with a small amount of raw material, and the metal is ejected.

Generally preferred for central applications, after the grinder and for final product control. They can be mounted directly at the feed point of the production machine, providing high safety at the last point before processing. Thanks to their robust body they easily fit under mixers, dryers and loaders.

Standard HS models are built for a maximum product temperature of 700 °C; on request the mechanical internals and cabinet can be manufactured from stainless steel rated to 1,200 °C (optionally higher).

Free-Flow & Pneumatic Discharge

Designed for free-flow products. Metal detected by the sensors is ejected from the discharge chamber by a pneumatic cylinder. Removes metals from powders and granules so your machines run safely.

Robust Body & Flexible Mounting

Polished steel cabinet, aluminium mechanical internals and a stainless-steel discharge flap. Easily mounted after the grinder, under mixers/dryers/loaders, or at the machine feed point. Manufactured in Germany — long service life with almost no maintenance.

Fully Automatic & High-Temperature Option

Integrated electric/electronic control for fully automatic operation. Standard 700 °C; optional stainless-steel variant rated to 1,200 °C (or higher on request). Simple design, easy installation, economical protection of machines and tools.
