LHD Series dryers offer an effective and low-cost method for drying plastic materials. The hot-air dryer is used to dry material that has absorbed moisture during packaging, transport or recycling. For fast drying and space savings, it can be mounted directly on injection moulding and extruder machines.
The series uses a system with capacities from 12 kg to 1,000 kg, blowing air evenly from bottom to top so that hot air is distributed uniformly over the raw material. All models can be used with an optional 24-hour automatic start/stop timer.
Capacity options from 12 to 1,000 kg. Bottom-to-top even airflow distributes hot air homogeneously over the raw material. The hot-air diffuser boosts drying efficiency. A unique hot-air inlet elbow design prevents dust accumulation under the tubular heaters — eliminating combustion risk.
All material-contact surfaces are stainless steel to prevent damage from friction. A detachable hopper base provides easy access for material change and cleaning. Standard aluminium bases on all models. Proportional-deviation indicating temperature controller for accurate temperature control.
Over-temperature indicator, motor contactor and overcurrent protector are standard on all models except the economy version. Power switch with mechanical lock (except economy). Optional 24-hour timer and double-insulated hopper. Optional accessories: L/A type stand, raw-material suction box, hopper magnet, magnetic base, hot-air recycling device, blower inlet filter, cyclone dust separator, dust-collecting & exhaust-air filters (80-90% dust filtration).
