EKS Model Electrostatic Metal Separation

Plastic-to-Plastic Separation — Fully Automatic Electrostatic Recycling System

T-MAX EKS: electrostatic separation system that fully automatically separates plastic-to-plastic mixtures. Makes plastics with different properties ready for recycling.

The EKS Model Electrostatic Separation Machine is a separation system used to fully automatically separate plastic-to-plastic mixtures. The technology completely separates plastic materials with different properties from each other and makes them suitable for the recycling process.

It is part of T-MAX's electrostatic-separator portfolio within the recycling line. The KWS and EKS model electrostatic separation machines can be considered together for different capacity and application needs.

EKS Model Electrostatic Metal Separation
Key Features
Plastic-to-Plastic Separation

Fully automatically separates mixtures of different plastic materials (PE/PP, PVC/PET, etc.). Delivers a uniform stream of same-type products; high-purity granule/regrind output.

Fully Automatic Recycling

Continuous separation flow, minimal operator intervention. Based on the electrostatic principle, materials are separated on different trajectories according to their surface-charge differences — consistent, repeatable performance.

Complementary Portfolio with KWS

Combined with T-MAX KWS (conductive/non-conductive separation), an end-to-end electrostatic separation can be set up on your recycling line. Increases recycling yield and revenue quality on mixed plastic streams.
