T-MAX Eco Tempmax: economical mold temperature controller for moulds, calenders, cylinders and plates. Microprocessor + PID control with ±1 °C accuracy; D Series provides two independent temperature controls.
Eco Tempmax mould-conditioning units, thanks to their ergonomic design, offer an economical solution to keep the temperature of your mould, calender, cylinder and plates stable and under control. Temperature control is guaranteed and regulated by a microprocessor.
With the PID controller, the in-mould temperature is held to ±1 °C accuracy. Protective functions and alarms are provided for thermocouple failure, phase failure, pump overload, overheating, low water or oil. The special pump fitted to the unit delivers constant pressure and flow at high temperature; a corrosion- and heat-resistant tank and an independent high-temperature thermostat are included.
Microprocessor + PID controller hold the in-mould temperature to ±1 °C accuracy. Single-button setting; real temperature and setpoint shown on the panel. Protective alarms for thermocouple/phase/pump/overheat/low-water-or-oil.
Special pump fitted to the unit delivers constant pressure and flow at high temperature. Corrosion- and heat-resistant tank, thick stainless-steel heating group, independent high-temperature thermostat. Compact design — easy access and maintenance of internal units.
The D Series controls two different moulds or machines simultaneously with two independent microprocessors. Independent temperature setpoint per zone. Manufactured to prevent energy loss — low operating cost.
