T-MAX Dualmax: water-cooled, condenser-fed thermoregulator that performs both heating and cooling on the mould in a single unit. Single or dual-zone, 6–48 kW heating and up to 195 kW cooling capacity.
With the new Dualmax series, T-MAX delivers mould heating and cooling on a single device and a single data source. It is a water-cooled, condenser-fed unit that provides single- or dual-zone heating–cooling functions in one body, equipped with integrated standard, high-pressure or booster pumps.
It keeps cycle times at optimum levels while occupying little space and operating as a natural part of the production environment. High-pressure, high-flow pumps and the heating system keep mould temperatures stable with high control accuracy. The optional "Free Cooling Valve" activates on demand and delivers energy savings.

Heating power 6–48 kW; cooling capacity up to 195 kW. Two pump options: SB = standard pressure + high flow, YB = high-pressure + high-flow pumps. Wide model range for every capacity need.
Independent Free Cooling valve in every unit for high energy savings. Optional automatic Free Cooling mode. Refrigerant content is 80 % lower than a central chiller — minimal environmental impact. High-efficiency pumps reduce energy consumption.
Synchronises with production machines and processes. Up to 50 % reduction in cycle times; better surface, tensile strength and dimensional stability. Permanent solution to classic cooling issues (sweating, surface/visual defects, dimensional problems).
7-inch colour touchscreen with multi-language menu, help menu and graphic indicators. Per-zone outlet temperature, supply/return pressure; optional flow indicator and pressure/flow difference calculation. Metric/imperial selection.
