T-MAX Drymax LCD Series: combines 2-stage feeding, dehumidification and drying in a single unit. Ideal for PA, PC, PBT, PET — dew point as low as −50 °C.
The LCD Series combines 2-stage feeding, dehumidification and drying in a single unit. It is widely used for all kinds of plastic raw materials — particularly engineering plastics such as PA, PC, PBT and PET. Under ideal conditions the LCD can reach a dew point as low as −50 °C.
This series uses an LD honeycomb dehumidifier and a downward-blowing stainless-steel material hopper. All series adopt the P.I.D. temperature-control system as standard equipment, with an optional LCD touchscreen human-machine interface PLC control.
2-stage feeding + dehumidification + drying integrated in a single unit. Suitable for drying PA, PC, PBT and similar engineering plastics. The closed-loop conveying system eliminates the possibility of moisture being reabsorbed during material handling.
Dew point as low as −50 °C under ideal conditions. Two condensers in the LCD dehumidification section ensure a low return-air temperature and low dew point. The insulated drying hopper, dry-air blow-in and cyclone exhaust design boost drying efficiency, ensure a stable drying effect and reduce energy consumption.
Standard P.I.D. temperature control; optional LCD touchscreen PLC interface for central automated operation. A pneumatic shut-off valve ensures no material remains in the line at the end of each loading cycle. Dew-point monitoring device can be installed optionally.
