T-MAX Drymax LDD Series: 2-in-1 unit combining dehumidification and drying. Designed for processing PA, PC, PBT, PET and similar engineering plastics.
The LDD Series 2-in-1 dry-air dryers combine dehumidification and drying in a single unit. They have a wide range of applications for processing PA, PC, PBT, PET and similar plastic materials.
The compact T-MAX 2-in-1 units ensure that your raw material is fully dried. Completely insulated from the ambient air and operating in a fully closed loop, they keep your production conditions under permanent control.
The LDD dehumidification dryer uses semi-integral honeycomb dehumidifiers. Material handling is controlled as standard by microprocessor; a touchscreen PLC control is optionally available for more convenient control. The insulated drying hopper, dry-air down-pipe and cyclone exhaust design boost drying efficiency, ensure a stable drying effect and reduce energy consumption.
Dehumidification + drying in one unit; compact build; full insulation from ambient air; fully closed-loop operation. Eliminates the classic moisture-related issues in PA, PC, PBT, PET and similar engineering plastics. The small footprint allows trouble-free operation beside or around the machine.
Dry-air dew point of −40 °C or lower guarantees the lowest possible moisture level. Two condensers in the dehumidification section; optional dew-point monitor. Bottom-to-top homogeneous air distribution; double-insulated drying silos for energy savings. The P.I.D. unit provides full protection against overloads.
Standard microprocessor control; optional touchscreen PLC. Advanced control panel for easy management of all functions. Optional suction box and hopper loader. Up to 1–4 loading devices can be connected (optional). Compliant with CE standards.
