The CTX Series shredder and granulator combines a shredder and granulator into a single unit. From sprues to 40 mm pieces and 10 mm recycled material, proven size-reduction technology delivers uniform recycled material ready for reuse.
With no conveyor between the shredder and granulator, the compact design saves up to 65% of factory floor space. An intelligent integrated shredder-and-granulator control system guarantees energy savings and continuous operation.
Shredder + granulator in one unit — no conveyor required, up to 65% space saving. Compared to standalone shredders, granulators and conveyors, floor-space saving is maximised and investment minimised. The desired output size is reached in a single step.
Continuous material feeding allows the shredder/granulator to run according to the workload. The angled pusher ensures continuous operation and clears residual material. The automatic reverse system redirects the shredder rotors in case of motor overload or material jam. For better control, the shredder and granulator are driven separately.
Shredder rotor blades are made of DC53; granulator blades of Cr12MoV — high wear resistance. Variable screen diameters and hydraulic compaction unit. Main electrical components are sourced from trusted brands such as Siemens and Schneider.
