Plastic loading has evolved from manual filling to fully automated central loading systems. Today, nearly all new plants adopt these systems as standard investment. However, one of the most common issues in loading systems is dust building up in the vacuum lines — caused by movement during road/sea transport, in-plant handling, high calcite and titanium fillers in compound raw materials, dust coming from the granulator and other factors.

Dust and particles damage the system components — especially the blower, considered the "heart of the system". Without regular maintenance of the blower protection filter, the filter change alone is not enough; blower failures occur and often lead to a full system breakdown.

Designed in 2011 from t-max / TEPRO's 30+ years of central-loading experience, the TTZ (Cyclone Dust Collector) unit uses a cyclonic design to capture and separate even the finest particles drawn in with vacuum together with dust and granulate fragments. It extends the life of the blower protection filter and eliminates impeller failures.
