Blade-Type Separators are automatic separation solutions designed for small parts and large H-shaped sprue/product combinations at the end of the plastic injection line. Parts pass under the blade and leave the conveyor; sprue and other elements to be separated are pushed by the blade and exit through the side outlet.
Blade height and exit angle are easily adjustable to product dimensions. The system runs on its own geared motor and independent control unit; it can be integrated into your existing line as a standalone module.
