The Bagomax Fully Automatic Bag Opening and Discharge Machine automatically opens 25 kg plastic, paper or jute bags from the pallet and empties them into a collection hopper. Movable hooks pick up the top layer of the pallet and carry it over the rotary blades to the hopper; the rotary blades cut the bags so the granules fall into the hopper. A specially designed shaking method ensures full bag emptying — discharge rate above 99.98 %.
Empty bags are automatically dropped into a collection hopper; an optional Bag Compactor or baler compacts them. Granules in the collection hopper are conveyed automatically by pneumatic conveying to external silos or any required point. The entire system, including pneumatic conveying, is controlled by an independent Siemens S7 PLC. Automatic cleaning enables fast switching between different products.
Up to 15 t/h capacity depending on selected application and product. A specially designed shaking method ensures full bag emptying — discharge rate above 99.98 %. Ideal for high-capacity factories.
Loaded bags are placed on the machine together with the pallet, automatically or manually. Movable hooks lift the pallet; integrated hooks pick up the top pallet layer and carry it over the rotary blades to the hopper. Electric vertical lift + horizontal shuttle motions.
The entire machine including pneumatic conveying is controlled by an independent Siemens S7 PLC. Microprocessor control + digital display; overload protection (long motor life); audible alarm for raw-material shortage; easy-clean filter system + inspection window.
Main unit and hopper are separate designs — flexible and convenient. Standard THM hopper mounts directly to the machine funnel; TVH glass-tube hopper mounts directly to the machine throat. Expandable with a bag compactor and a pallet stacker; full process control integrates into complex systems.
Automatic pallet handling — easy in/out movement of pallets. Integrated empty-pallet stacker. Optional integrated Bag Compactor or baler for empty bags. Reduces labour cost.
Once a batch is complete the machine cleans itself — fast switching between products. Granules from the collection hopper are transferred automatically by pneumatic conveying to external silos, containers/big-bags/octabins or truck loads. Compatible with existing silos and silo-filling units.
