Bag Cutting and Discharge Robot

Robotic Bag Opening & Discharge — 250-280 bags/h, Touchscreen Control + Bag Compactor

T-MAX Bag Cutting and Discharge Robot: robotic system transferring and discharging 250-280 bags per hour. Touchscreen control panel, recipe memory, stainless hopper, Bag Compactor screw, safety fence.

The Bag Cutting and Discharge Robot robotically grips, cuts and empties raw-material bags into the hopper. It transfers one bag per handling cycle; discharge capacity is around 250-280 bags per hour.

The touchscreen control panel manages all system functions and allows recipes to be stored. A stainless hopper, empty-bag compactor screw (Bag Compactor) and a safety fence / safe zone are standard equipment — operator safety and end-to-end automation.
