Is TEPRO the official KraussMaffei distributor for Turkey?

Do you stock Motan material feeding and drying systems?

Do you supply Nexeo Plastics polymer raw materials?

What temperature ranges do you cover for Regloplas units?
We deliver all Regloplas water, pressurised water (up to 200°C) and oil-based (up to 350°C) temperature control units across Turkey. Single-zone, multi-zone and large capacity industrial sizing per project is handled by our engineers.
Which recycling applications suit Hamos electrostatic separators?
Hamos electrostatic separators deliver high efficiency in mixed plastic recycling, cable recovery, PVC/PET separation and metal-plastic separation. TEPRO engineers conduct sample separation tests and pre-design studies before commitment.
Are Comac compound extruders suitable for masterbatch production?
Yes. Comac's high-speed twin-screw extruders are purpose-built for masterbatch, engineering thermoplastic compounding, filler addition and colouring. Capacities range from kg/hr to ton/hr — all imported into Turkey by TEPRO.
What plastic waste types are TRIA granulators designed for?

Do Pelletron pellet conveying systems integrate with T-MAX silos?
Yes. Pelletron's low-attrition vacuum/pressure conveying lines can be designed to integrate one-to-one with TEPRO's T-MAX Silo systems. Single-source engineering means your silo, conveying and dosing line are engineered together.

What tonnages of injection moulding machine do you supply?
Under our KraussMaffei distributorship we deliver all-electric, hydraulic and hybrid injection moulding machines from 35 t to 6,500 t. Multi-component, micro-moulding, IML and bespoke applications are also supported with project-specific solutions.
How do I select the right injection moulding machine?
Part weight, mould size (clamp force calculation), injection pressure, cycle time and production volume are evaluated together. TEPRO engineers conduct a free site survey then deliver a report covering all-electric/hydraulic/hybrid technology recommendation, ROI analysis and energy consumption comparison.
When do you recommend side-entry versus top-entry robots?
Side-entry (3 axis) is ideal for fast part removal, mould protection and basic placement. Top-entry (5+ axis) is preferred for IML, assembly, gluing and complex post-processing. Through Sepro distributorship our engineers pick the optimum option based on cycle time.
What should I consider when choosing a granule dryer?
Polymer type (PA, PC, PET, ABS), target moisture level (ppm), drying temperature and hourly throughput are decisive parameters. Helios Systems desiccant dryers reach -40°C dew point; central vs single-point system is assessed in line planning.
Gravimetric vs volumetric doser — which suits me?
Gravimetric (weight-based) dosing is preferred for high-repeatability engineering parts, masterbatch additions and certified production. Volumetric is more economical and adequate for steady-ratio production. Motan dosing series is sized to your needs.
Do you install central vacuum conveyor systems?
Yes. Motan and Kongskilde central material feeding systems are delivered as design + equipment + installation + commissioning + operator training in a single package. We have commissioned systems feeding dozens of injection moulding machines from a single line in Turkey.
Do you provide static reports for raw material silos?
T-MAX Silo aluminium silos are delivered with seismic-code-compliant static calculation reports (Turkish Earthquake Code TBDY 2018). Engineer-stamped static file, connection details and installation manual are part of the standard delivery.
I want to set up a compound production line — where do we start?
Share the compound type you want to produce (engineering thermoplastic, masterbatch, filler etc.), target capacity and existing infrastructure. We prepare a free feasibility report covering Comac extruder selection, gravimetric feeding, pelletising, cooling and packaging for a turn-key line design.
What equipment do I need for a recycling line?
A typical line per your feedstock: TRIA granulator → washing/drying → Hamos electrostatic separator (if needed) → Comac compounding extruder → pelletising. TEPRO engineers plan equipment combination and yield targets per your input material.
How can I reduce mould changeover time?
Magbo magnetic quick mould change systems reduce changeover from hours to minutes. Retrofittable to existing machines; an SMED approach (Single Minute Exchange of Die) that significantly improves OEE. Our engineer visits your site for detailed analysis.
Do you keep polymer raw materials in stock — what's the lead time?
Through Nexeo Plastics distributorship we hold Turkey stock of popular PP, PE, ABS, PC and engineering thermoplastics — typically 3-7 business days delivery. Custom recipes or specialty products run 4-8 weeks lead time direct from manufacturer.
Can you provide an end-to-end plastics production solution?

How do I request a quotation for a machine?

Do you visit our facility for a site survey?
Our engineers conduct free on-site surveys across Turkey. We examine current line layout, infrastructure (electricity/water/compressed air) and process bottlenecks in person; our quote is built on this real data.
Do you provide investment consultancy / feasibility support?
Yes. Before the investment decision we prepare an engineering report covering energy consumption comparison, ROI analysis, payback calculation and technology alternatives (electric vs hydraulic, central vs local etc.). This is part of pre-sales — no separate fee.
Are sample production / demo opportunities available?
Sample trials with your mould / raw material under real production conditions can be organised at our brand partners' European tech-centres or reference sites in Turkey. KraussMaffei, Sepro and TRIA actively use this option.
What is the machine delivery lead time?
Stock models 2-4 weeks. Manufacturer-configured injection moulding machines typically 16-24 weeks (KraussMaffei). Sepro robots 8-12 weeks. Motan/Helios/Regloplas equipment 6-14 weeks — exact date is confirmed at order acknowledgement.
Do you offer financing or leasing options?
We have a reference portfolio of customers working with major leasing firms in Turkey. Per the customer's budget structure we provide technical file support for financing discussions; we facilitate, not provide direct financing.

How do I open a service request?

What is your response time for breakdowns?
Phone / remote support starts within minutes for critical production stops. For on-site response, our technician arrives within 24 hours in western Turkey and 48 hours in the east. Service-contract customers benefit from shorter response times.
Is installation and commissioning included with new machines?
Yes. Layout consultancy, installation, commissioning, parameter optimisation and operator training are part of the standard package for all machines we supply. Our team is on-site through initial production.
Do you offer periodic maintenance contracts?
Yes — annual, semi-annual or usage-hour-based maintenance contracts. Includes preventive maintenance plan, spare parts stock management and priority breakdown response. Contract customers experience an average 60%+ reduction in downtime.
Do you provide operator training?
Yes. Operator + maintenance personnel training is standard with every new machine. Additionally, modular training programmes are available for on-site group training, mould setup expertise, robot programming and energy optimisation.
Do you offer remote diagnostics and support?
Modern machines we distribute (especially KraussMaffei) support remote diagnostics via IoT connection. We can diagnose faults and adjust parameters via VPN / remote screen — eliminating travel time to site.
Do you service older / not-sold-by-you machines?
Yes. We provide service and spare parts support for 15-20+ year-old models of the brands we distribute. As long as the manufacturer continues to produce the part, TEPRO supplies it. For discontinued parts we propose alternative solutions.
How does your service invoicing and warranty work?
After every service visit we send digital documentation including service report, parts used and warranty terms by email. Labour is warranted 3 months; replaced original parts carry manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months).
Do you provide technical reports for insurance claims / incident investigations?
Yes. For insurance claims, damage assessment or legal processes we provide technical inspection, photographed report and engineer-signed documentation. These reports are in the format and content accepted by insurance companies and courts.

For which brands do you supply spare parts?

How do I place a spare parts request?
Use our spare parts request form to share your machine brand/model/serial number and required part code (if any). Our team responds the same day with stock status, price and lead time.
Do you stock spare parts — what's the lead time?
Common parts (filters, sensors, valves, heaters, screws) are kept in Turkey stock — 1-3 business days delivery. Large or specialty parts (cylinders, screws, mould clamping plates etc.) ship from the manufacturer within 2-8 weeks; exact lead time at order acknowledgement.
How do I know the part I receive is original?
Every part TEPRO supplies arrives in manufacturer packaging with serial number and invoice. We only accept supplies through the official manufacturer channel provided to us; originality is guaranteed by contract.
Are spare parts available for older model machines?
Yes. Spare parts support typically continues for 15-20+ year-old models of the manufacturers we distribute. If the manufacturer has discontinued a part, we research alternative/compatible parts and may suggest a retrofit.
Do you offer express delivery for urgent spare parts?
Yes. For customers facing production stoppages we offer same-day shipping (within Turkey) and next-day air freight (international parts). Parts in manufacturer stock can reach your site within 24-48 hours.

T-MAX Process and T-MAX Silo — TEPRO Manufactured

Are T-MAX Process and T-MAX Silo TEPRO's own brands?
Yes. T-MAX Process (process equipment) and T-MAX Silo (aluminium raw material silo systems), unlike the brands we distribute, are TEPRO Makina's own registered brands. Design, engineering and manufacturing are in Turkey — project-specifically scalable.
What are the capacities and features of T-MAX Silo systems?
T-MAX aluminium silos are sized per project from 2 m³ to 200+ m³. Corrosion-resistant aluminium construction, stainless inner surface, level sensor integration, vacuum/pressure conveying compatibility and seismic reinforcement are standard.
Are T-MAX Silos compliant with the earthquake code — do you provide static reports?
Yes. The T-MAX Silo series is designed with static calculations compliant with TBDY 2018 (Turkish Earthquake Building Code). Each silo delivery includes an engineer-stamped static report, connection details, installation manual and test certificates.
What types of special projects suit T-MAX Process?
T-MAX Process is used for custom mixers, packaging/dosing assemblies, transfer / pneumatic conveying lines and customer-specific mechanical solutions. Not standard production — project-specific engineering. Share your requirement and we'll prepare a feasibility study.
Are T-MAX products manufactured to European quality standards?
Yes. The T-MAX series is CE-compliant, manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management. Welding procedures are WPS/WPQR approved, raw materials are certified (aluminium quality certificates), and each unit passes full pre-delivery inspection.
