The 5X Line series is a unique range of special robots equipped with Sepro’s latest generation of fast and precise 3-axis Cartesian robots combined with an integrated 2-axis Sepro servo wrist, creating a complete 5-axis structure. 5X Line robots can be integrated directly onto the injection molding machine to handle part pick-up and processing tasks, or they can be positioned downstream for secondary operations. With the powerful and user-friendly Visual 3 control system, they can be programmed quickly and efficiently, providing maximum flexibility and productivity in your manufacturing processes.

Y Free Function – Seamless Ejection Synchronization
The Y Free function, standard on all Sepro Cartesian robots, greatly simplifies robot programming by allowing the robot to move in sync with the part during ejection. This feature makes the part removal process smoother and enables a simpler design for the End of Arm Tooling (EOAT), ultimately helping to reduce operational and tooling costs.
