The sensor (9) signals the need for material. The main component (5) arrives in the weigh bin
(2) via a
pneumatically controlled cone valve (4).
The additive or master batch (6) is added by a pneumatically controlled cone valve
(7). Over There, the precisely dosed granulate falls
in the weigh bin. The same applies to component (3)
or (4) (if any).
After all the components have
been added, the cylinder (3) opens the weigh bin, and
the material reaches the mixing chamber (8). In the
mixing chamber three weighed batches are always mixed at a
