Multi-component / Multicolor Injection Moulding Machines

Depending on the process and the product, second injection unit that are fixed on top of the main injection unit at an exact angle sprays two different raw materials at the moving mould fixing platen and finishes the process. Automotive rear lamp clusters are produced in a similar way.

These machines have various application methods such as; Horizontal clamping unit can work with horizontal and vertical injection unit, horizontal clamping and horizontal injection units can work together or vertical clamping units can work with more then one horizontal injection group.
