Injection Moulding Compounder (IMC)

IMC enables manufacturers to improve the compound material and produce garden furniture, chairs, desks, containers and other very high shot weighted plastic products efficiently.

IMC Production Method

The materials arrive to the system through gravimetric dosing and from conveyors and by making use of co-rotating twin-screw extruders, the system carries out a hot mixing process. The hot mixture flows to a container called the shot pot unit. At this point, the mixture is transferred to injection unit by a piston, after cooling down the material, the final product is ready.
