Decoform / Decopress Compression Moulding Machines

For DECOFORM process, material is injected in to the mould under in very low pressure, under 100 bars. After the filling process, the compressing process takes place immediately, for that horizontal injection machines are used. At high temperatures, decor printing is made in a pressure-controlled way that is called as Back Injection.

For DECOPRESS process, vertical injection is used. Speed control is used for compressing process instead of pressure control that is called Back Compression and occurs at very low temperatures.

Each technological advance opens the way for better designs, not only for the automotive industry, but also for the fusion process of textile products to plastic materials.
