Thermoset Injection Moulding Machines (Polyester, BMC, silicon, rubber, HTV)

Processing Thermoset type plastics are classified and Krauss Maffei has all these processing machines.

• First group:
  DURO-SET Process materials are inputs of the system such as PF (Phenolics), MF (Melamin), UF (Urea), UP (Polyester), EP (Epoxide). 
• Second group:
  POLY-SETs are output of the process such as BMC, DMC, SMC. In addition UP (Polyester) and VE (Vinyl-ester) are other type of processes.
• Third group:
  SILCO-SET process, meaning silicon rubber application. There are two processing phase for it; two-component liquid silicon rubber and one solid component hardening or solidifying.
